DAY 160

03.06.2017, Likofos - Agriáni, Greece. After a really long and exhausting day before and even harder evening skype, the cmfa group woke up in good mood. The supper prepared by Anna and Alex, cosy accomodation place in a school let us to recover. Early morning, just after we woke up, we had an unexpected visit from the Greek police force. They forced us to go with them to the police office, the cars were already waiting. During our seizure we experienced violent behavior from the Greece police - our cameraman was pulled violently from the police patio inside the office; later on the same happened to me. Greek Policeman were aggresive and hostile, overused their powers. Luckily it all came good at the end. We came back to the accomodation place, we said goodbye to Lucas, who split with the cmfa. The group started to march. Together with Ismahan we started to look for the accomodation place, being part of the logistics team. Whole day scouting was finally rewarded: we were lucky to find a cosy cafe, hospitable Ali, who offered us supper and joined the march with his friends next day. Denis (Germany) decided to march with all his belongings. Usually CMFA marchers were walking only with small backpaks and the rest of stuff was moved in the trailer of our VW "Habibi". Marching 25+ km a day with 18kg backpack, daily, for 230 days, would be much more demanding for our bodies and souls.
